Dannie Han specializes in curating profitable real estate portfolios for families, investors, and first-time buyers. With over a decade of experience across HDBs, condominiums, and prime investment properties, he has successfully closed transactions worth over double-digit millions.

Dannie’s journey into real estate stems from personal experience. Raised in Singapore by his single mother after emigrating from Myanmar, he grew up in a shared rental flat, sleeping in the living room and learning early on the value of having a stable home. As a teenager, he helped his mother secure JTC rental housing, a task that opened his eyes to the challenges and impact of housing stability.

Eventually, he supported her in buying and selling HDB flats, navigating grants and making strategic decisions. When they sold their first home at a profit, it brought a newfound sense of financial security—one that sparked his passion to help others achieve the same.

After graduating with honours from Nanyang Technological University, Dannie transitioned from part-time rental work into full-time real estate.
